«Прямоугольное полотнище с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Оленекского национального наслега в голубом, белом, красном и жёлтом цветах».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле на серебряном, внизу чешуевидном, поясе две серебряные остроконечные горы; поверх всего — червлёная, окаймлённая по сторонам золотом, ураса (эвенкийское жилище) с крестообразным украшением наверху, сопровождаемая вверху слева серебряной звездой о четырёх лучах».
