«Флаг Новокривошеинского сельского поселения представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических серебра и золота соответственно белым и жёлтым цветами».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле на зелёной выгнутой оконечности, обременённой золотым колосом, положенным сообразно оконечности, — стоящий на всех лапах чёрный медведь прямо, с серебряными когтями и глазами, сопровождаемый в каждом верхнем угле по зелёной кедровой ветви с золотой шишкой».
