Русский: Флаг Министерства Российской Федерации по делам Северного Кавказа

Флаг Министерства Российской Федерации по делам Северного Кавказа представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище тёмно-красного цвета с отношением ширины к длине — два к трем, окаймлённое сверху и снизу синей полосой шириной один к восьми к ширине полотнища.

В крыже — Государственный флаг Российской Федерации. Отношение площади крыжа к площади полотнища — один к четырём.

В правой половине полотнища располагается геральдический знак — эмблема Министерства Российской Федерации по делам Северного Кавказа в многоцветном варианте. Отношение высоты эмблемы к ширине флага — два к трём.
