Description
Español: Bandera del municipio de Marmato (Caldas).

"Esta elaborada en una forma de rectangular compuesta por dos franjas distribuidas así: en la parte superior un color amarillo y en la parte inferior un color verde, y de izquierda a derecha encontramos un triangulo de color negro. El amarillo que se extiende en la parte superior, simboliza el oro de las montañas marmateñas , primer producto del municipio que ubican a la población en el primer lugar del departamento y en destacado sitio en la republica. La franja inferior simboliza la esperanza y la agricultura, pues a pesar de ser Marmato un sitio eminentemente productor de oro, la parte norte de su territorio es esencialmente agrícola, por lo que este renglón ocupa el segundo lugar en la riqueza municipal. El triangulo negro representa la raza afro colombiana."
