«Флаг Мариинского сельского поселения представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на которым изображены фигуры из герба муниципального образования, выполненные в голубом, зелёном, белом и жёлтом цветах».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле, над зелёной выщербленной и нитевидно окаймлённой серебром оконечностью, обременённой двумя сообращёнными золотыми пушками, промеж которых расположены три золотых пушечных ядра, сложенных в пирамиду, — серебряный равнобедренный треугольник, разбитый лазурью в столб и сопровождаемый сверху серебряным лётом».
