«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище зелёного цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры из герба Лузинского сельского поселения, выполненные белым, красным и жёлтым цветом».

Геральдическое описание герба гласит: «В зелёном поле над узкой пересечённой оконечностью, золотой и в цвет поля — идущий серебряный конь с золотыми гривой, хвостом и копытами, накрытый червлёной, имеющей золотую бахрому по нижнему краю, попоной, обременённой двумя серебряными, с золотыми рукоятями и сообращёнными бойками, молотками накрест между четырьмя золотыми звездами о пяти лучах».
