Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище голубого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, несущее внизу белую полосу шириной 3/20 ширины полотнища и отстоящую от нижнего края на 2/15 ширины полотнища. В середине верхней части полотнища изображён белый олень с поднятой головой (из герба посёлка Лонгъюган), в центре белой полосы изображён прямоугольный ромб переменных цветов, со стороной равной 1/4 ширины полотнища
