«Флаг представляет собой жёлтое полотнище с соотношением сторон 2/3 с тремя узкими полосами по нижнему краю (зелёная, голубая, зелёная), на них сверху красный пятикупольный православный храм».

Описание герба: «В золотом поле на вогнутой зелёной окраине, обременённой узким лазоревым, пониженным, волнообразным, окаймлённым серебром поясом — червлёный, пятикупольный православный храм».
