«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Испуханского сельского поселения в красном, синем и жёлтом цветах».

Описание герба гласит: «В зубчато пересечённом в два опрокинутых, дважды зазубренных зубца, червлёном и лазоревом поле по линии сечения сообразно ей — узкий золотой пояс, сопровождаемый тремя золотыми шлемами-шишаками прямо: двумя в червлени, одним в лазури».
