Флаг Иртышского сельского поселения представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище, разделённое горизонтальной волнистой линией на верхнюю часть жёлтого (золотого) цвета и нижнюю часть синего (лазурного) цвета. Отношение ширины полос жёлтого и синего цвета — 2:1. На верхней полосе флага изображены фигуры верхней части герба — две разновеликих пары листьев крапивы, окрашенных зелёным цветом, обременённые четырьмя волосками, образующими четырёхлучевую звезду. Отношение ширины флага к его длине — 2:3. Оборотная сторона флага зеркально воспроизводит лицевую
