Русский: Флаг Черемшанского муниципального образования Заларинского района Иркутской области, Россия

«Флаг Черемшанского муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических золота, серебра, червлени и лазури соответственно жёлтым, белым, красным и голубым цветами».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле с серебряной вырезанной главой, образующей остроконечную вершину тройной горы, — червлёный тонко окаймлённый золотом бутон тюльпана, в котором вписанная золотая тонко окаймлённая серебром четырёхглавая гора (у которой вторая вершина справа выше остальных), обременённая идущим на всех лапах золотым медведем; в главе — две сообращённые вырастающие из-за краёв щита зелёные кедровые ветви с двумя золотыми шишками на каждой ветви».
