Флаг представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3 с лазоревой, белой волнообразной полосой, несущее в центре символику основных элементов герба поселения: на лазоревой полосе — золотой церковный купол, на серебряном барабане с серыми окнами; на лазоревом поле — три серебряных фонтана (один и два). Ширина белой полосы 1/10 ширины полотнища

2. Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на котором воспроизведены фигуры из герба Большеключищенского сельского поселения, изображённые зелёным, синим, жёлтым и белым цветом
