| Description |
English: Five Ways Station, Birmingham Located on Birmingham's inner ring road, between Five Ways island and Lee Bank. The building on right was, at the time, an auctioneers (Biddle and Webb) - this, I think, was part of the original station's buildings before it closed in 1944.
Entrance from the road is via steps (or lift) through the new buildings (on left). This design was used on other new stations built for the new Cross City Line where access was from above (ie University and Kings Norton) |
