English: Fisherton de la Mere: Fisherton Mill I am not sure to which council the occupier pays Council Tax, since the boundary between Kennet and West Wiltshire District Councils is down the centre of the River Wylye, on which the mill is built. This may not be an issue for much longer if plans to make Wiltshire County Council a unitary authority go ahead. |
