Description

Fish Fillet Rice Vermicelli - Laksa King AUD9.50

After numerous hits at Laksa King, we decided to venture onto other dishes. Regretfully, I think we'll stick to the laksas next time :)

The 鱼片米粉 Fish Fillet Rice Vermicelli should be made with a rich fish broth, usually made with fish head and known as 鱼头米粉 Fish Head Beehoon, but this version was rather watery and thin. At least the fish was good.

The 隆坡福建面 KL Hokkien Noodles wasn't bad, but the dark soy sauce didn't have the characteristic burnt caramel that is a sign of a good dark soy sauce.
