Description JOPLIN, Mo. -- Twenty four FEMA modular houses arrived at the Officer Jeff Taylor Memorial Acres temporary housing site here July 23. The Memorial Acres and nearby Hope Have community sites will include 346 modular homes, emergency storm shelters, bus shelters and mailbox units. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is on track to deliver 215 homes sites before Aug. 17. (U.S. Army photo/Mark Haviland)
