Description
English: As part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and Navy Week celebrations, students of Navy Children School, Goa witnessed gun firing at Naval Coastal Battery, Mormugao on 08 October 2021. The students witnessed firing of 40/60 anti-air and 105 light field guns. They were also given a sneak peek into the naval life through a motivational video of activities conducted at sea. The live firing emphasised to them the ultimate aim of warships, which is to 'deliver the ordnance precisely on target'.
