Description
English: Wildfires are lighting up a section of Bachiniva, Mexico in the state of Chihuahua in this satellite image. This natural-color satellite image was collected by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiom (MODIS) aboard the Terra satellite on February 02, 2016. Actively burning areas, detected by MODIS’s thermal bands, are outlined in red.
