Rückseite: VI-CTORIAM FAMA SEQVESTVR [Der Ruhm folge dem Sieg. Trennungszeichen Dreieck]. Die geflügelte Viktoria mit Palmzeig in der rechten Hand fährt in einem zweispännigen Wagen, der von zwei geflügelten Pferden (Pegasi) gezogen wird und mit dem Wappen der Sforza verziert ist, nach rechts.

Kommentar: Oben gelocht. - Caterina Sforza, Gräfin von Forlì und Imola, illegitime Tochter des Mailänder Herzogs Galeazzo Maria Sforza und der Lucrezia Landriano, heiratete 1477 Girolamo Riario, wurde 1488 Witwe und 1496 die Gemahlin von Giovanni de Medici, zuvor war sie seit 1490 in geheimer Heirat mit dem 1495 ermordeten Jacopo Feo verbunden. Die Medaille ist nach 1488 entstanden, da das Porträt mit Witwenschleier dargestellt ist.
