Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Fingringhoe Spring The circular concrete tube contains the spring on Fingringhoe Green. This was the only source of water for some of the houses in the area right up until the 1970’s when heath inspectors deemed the water was possibly not fit to drink. . I think the warning signs are more to provide defence in litigation than a real health warning. However it is more than thirty years since I have drunk from it!
