English: Entrance to Finchley Road & Frognal Station, London NW3 View NW on Finchley Road. The station below on the left is at the west end of Hampstead Tunnel on the ex-North London Line - now London Overground: Willesden Junction etc. left; to right, Gospel Oak, Camden Town, East London via Dalston Junction and Broad Street. [The footpath beside the NL to West End Lane was an ideal one for Train-Watchers, as you could see everything on the Midland Lines from St Pancras etc., also at a distance LNER trains on the Marylebone line - beyond the countless London Underground trains]. |
