| Description |
English: Field boundary near Lord's Park Farm. Most traditional field boundaries in this area are walls, banks, or a combination of the two. This curious field boundary is a wide linear jumble of boulders running for about 130 metres across the field and then petering out. Its neighbour to the east begins as a tidy wall but ends in similar fashion as a wide area of rocks.
Across Whitebarrow Downs beyond, is the northern part of the Parson's Park Pit lake seen in 708113, and the shape of the hill on the left has been modified by china clay workings. Taken from the public access track leading from the lane on Whitebarrow Downs to Lord's Park Farm and to access land beyond it. |
