Català: La Festa de la Truitada és un element inclòs a l'inventari del patrimoni cultural immaterial del Parc Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, inventari realitzat per Institut del Patrimoni Cultural Immaterial (IPACIM).
El segon diumenge de maig per la tarda se celebra la Festa de la Truitada a Guardiola de Berguedà. És un àpat popular obert a tothom durant el qual es mengen exclusivament truites. Està directament relacionada amb les Caramelles, perquè antigament, amb els ous que es recollien durant la cantada de caramelles, s’elaboraven les truites. La Festa se celebra també a diverses poblacions del Parc Natural del Cadi-Moixeró, amb característiques similars però amb una important particularitat: cada municipi elabora les truites amb diferents ingredients. Aquesta singularitat provoca que la festa de cada municipi abasti indirectament un territori més ampli, donat que permet una identificació gastronòmica local i provoca una mena de competició informal de les arts culinàries de cada poble.
English: The "Festa de la Truitada" is an element included in the inventory of the intangible cultural heritage of the Natural Park of Cadí-Moixeró, an inventory carried out by the Institute of Immaterial Cultural Heritage (IPACIM).
On the second Sunday of May in the afternoon, the Truitada Festival is celebrated in Guardiola de Berguedà. It is a popular meal open to everyone during which only tortillas are eaten. It is directly related to the Caramelles, because in the past, the eggs that were collected during the candy singing were used to make the tortillas. The Festival is also celebrated in various towns of the Parc Natural del Cadi-Moixeró, with similar characteristics but with an important particularity: each municipality makes the tortillas with different ingredients. This singularity means that the festival of each municipality indirectly covers a wider territory, given that it allows a local gastronomic identification and causes a kind of informal competition of the culinary arts of each town.

El segundo domingo de mayo por la tarde se celebra la Fiesta de la Tortilla en Guardiola de Berguedà. Es una comida popular abierta a todo el mundo durante la cual se comen exclusivamente truchas. Está directamente relacionada con las Caramelles, porque antiguamente, con los huevos que se recogían durante la cantada de caramelles, se elaboraban las tortillas. La Fiesta se celebra también en diversas poblaciones del Parque Natural del Cadi-Moixeró, con características similares pero con una importante particularidad: cada municipio elabora las tortillas con distintos ingredientes. Esta singularidad provoca que la fiesta de cada municipio abarque indirectamente un territorio más amplio, dado que permite una identificación gastronómica local y provoca una suerte de competición informal de las artes culinarias de cada pueblo. |
