Description
English: A ferris Wheel on the Headrow in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is the second one in the last few years to pop up; in 2013 one popped up on the former bus station now occupied by Victoria Gate and John Lewis (see Category:Observation Wheel Leeds). Taken on the afternoon of Friday the 1st of December 2017.
