This pretty rare Fern is a very dissimilar species to anyother of the section Goniophlebium, in which it has very properlybeen placed by Mr. Smith. Although scarcely yet knownamongst Fern-growers^ still it is a very desirable plant. An evergreen stove Fern. Native of Jamaica and Brazil. Fronds slender, pendulous, pubescent, articulated on a scalycreeping rhizoma. Fronds lanceolate in form, pinnate, pinnaebeing distant, sessile, subfalcate, lanceolate-acuminate, mem-branous, undulated, and in a slight degree deilexed, the lowerones standing forward.
