English: Fernando Vargas, President of the Sub-Central del Territorio y Parque Nacional Isiboro Sécure (left) and Adolfo Chávez (right), President of Confederación de Pueblos Indígenas de Bolivia (CIDOB) appear at a hearing of the 147th Ordinary Sessions of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington, DC. The hearing was on the Human rights situation of the indigenous peoples who inhabit the Isiboro Sécure National Park and Indigenous Territory (TIPNIS). It was held on March 15, 2013 at the IACHR in Washington, DC. Photo by Eddie Arrossi.
