Omschrijving: Ferdinand van Oostenrijk te paard als legeraanvoerder leidt zijn troepen over de Alpen, juli 1634. Voorstelling rechtsboven op de voorzijde van de triomfpoort Arcus Fernandi op de Vrijdagmarkt. Blad nr. 8 in een geheel van 42 platen die de uitgave van de beschrijving van de intocht van de Kardinaal Infant Ferdinand van Oostenrijk te Gent op 28 januari 1635 als de nieuwe landvoogd voor de Spaanse Nederlanden illustreren.
