Mein geliebtes Muttl!
Wieder grüße ich Dich vom Herzen. Mein erster Brief ist wohl schon angekommen? Ich bin in der zwischen Zeit von der Gens. Kmp. zu einer Ausbildungs bez. Marsch Kmp. versetzt worden. Am ersten Tag bei dieser stellten sich meine Bauchschmerzen mit Durchfall wieder ein. Meldete mich sofort krank u. zum Arzt. Dieser schickte mich ins Revier dies ist eine Krankenabteilung in der Kaserne. Liege nun hier im Revier u. es geht mir sehr gut. Bekomme Weißbrot u. Tabletten. Hier sind schöne weiße Betten und eine himmlische Ruhe. Die anderen in der Kompanie machen schwer Dienst heute ist ein Marsch 40 km! Bin froh daß ich hier [bin kann nun wenigstens schreiben.]
