Notes
English: Petite and dancing Napoleon is shows fencing with a strong and heavy Prussian officer. Both backed by national stereotypes (Napoleon: infantryman, a marshal, and the effete Tallyrand (satire); Prussian [Blucher?]: Dutchman, an Alsatian, and a Russian on horseback). An english sailor is judging between the two combatants, as a commander of the seas and self-assured victor in the wars.
