English: Farmland off Station Lane. This farmland is crossed by the remnants of the old GNR mineral railway that served the Eaton iron ore workings in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The bridge in the centre of the view was built in 1883 for the princely sum of £776. It carries a bridleway and farm track across the railway cutting. See 695298 |
