Description
English: Farm cottage In Thorpland. James Bell mentions Thorpland in 1835, describing it as a hamlet in the parish of Fakenham - Thorpland is one of 200-odd deserted medieval villages in Norfolk, known to have been "lost" or significantly reduced in size over the centuries. This red-brick cottage is located by a sharp bend in Great Snoring Road.
