| Description | Seen here is the ornate building of the National Museum of Cambodia in Phnom Penh. My hotel was bang in the middle- Royal Palace to the left, Museum to the right. Although it was just a stone's throw away, I decided to give it a miss for two reasons: one it was too hot, and going there would have meant getting bathed in sweat. And I had to leave in an hour's time. Secondly, photography was not allowed inside. Frankly, I hate to go anyplace that prohibits photography. Also, I'd seen enough opulence and Khmer culture and stuff in the Royal Palace just moments earlier. This shot was made from the balcony must outside my room at the hotel.
