English: Family of the industrialist (Frankenthalsche Zuckerfabriken = Frankenthal sugar factories) and councilor of commerce Christoph Friedrich Fanck (1846–1906), standing in the middle, and his wife Karolina Ida (1858–1957), née Paraquin, sitting on his right. Arnold Heinrich Fanck (1889–1974) sits on the right of the picture holding the family dog on a leash. The young ladies on the left are from th left to the right: Ernestine Elisabeth Fanck (* March 23,1888; † April 15, 1940), Helene Fanck (* November 21, 1886; † December 4, 1979), and Marie Fanck (* August 24, 1882). The sibling Ernst (* January 18, 1884; † July 31, 1884) had already died during his infancy.
