English: The German film director Arnold Fanck (1889–1974) looks through a Debrie Parvo film camera, a 35mm motion picture camera by André Debrie Constructeurs Paris, in front of the Diavolezza mountain hut in the canton of Grisons in Switzerland. The silent film The White Hell of Pitz Palu was shot in the Bernina Range in the Alps of Eastern Switzerland and Northern Italy.
