English: A risotto with false morels (Gyromitra esculenta). These false morels were parboiled (to leach away the poisonous gyromitrin in them), and after parboiling sold in a can in a Finnish supermarket.
Suomi: Korvasienirisottoa. Risottoon käytetyt korvasienet oli esikäsitelty (myrkyllisen gyromitriinin poistamiseksi), minkä jälkeen ne oli myyty säilykkeenä suomalaisessa ruokakaupassa. |
