Summary
[edit]DescriptionFallen tree nearly blocks the river Lark - geograph.org.uk - 1309798.jpg |
English: Fallen tree nearly blocks the river Lark Around 1890 the River Lark was used by large barges right through Mildenhall and on to Bury St. Edmunds. But this fallen tree currently narrows the channel to just enough for a canoe or rowing boat. Though surprisingly this excellent facility does not seem to be used for recreational boating. |
