Description
English: Northeast corner of 5th and D Streets in Fairbury, Nebraska. On the corner, with a "Fairbury steaks" sign in a first-floor window, is 401 5th Street, built in 1925; to its right (east), with a circular opening between two second-floor windows, is 403 5th Street, built ca. 1927. Both buildings are contributing properties in the Fairbury Commercial Historic District, listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
