Summary
[edit]DescriptionFace mask dispenser inside a MAX Light Rail car (Portland) in July 2021.jpg | Face-mask dispenser inside a MAX light rail vehicle of TriMet (the transit agency serving the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area) in July 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic. TriMet began requiring all passengers to wear face coverings in May 2020, and installed boxes for supplying free face masks to passengers in all of its buses and light rail cars in the weeks that followed the policy change. On MAX, the boxes were attached to clear glass panels next to some doorways. The mask requirement was discontinued in April 2022. The boxes were removed in 2023. |
