Description Un des nombreux témoignages de l'Art Nouveau, florissant en Belgique au début du XXe siècle. Cet édifice, ci-devant Maison du Peuple, se trouve Volkstraat, non loin du musée des Beaux-Arts d'Anvers. Plans livrés par les architectes Jan van Asperen et Émile Van Averbeke (1901).
