Čeština: Systém pro epitaxi molekulárního paprsku Veeo Gen II pro růst monokrystalických polovodičů, polovodičových heterostruktur, materiálů pro spintroniku a dalších složených materiálpvých systémů obsahujících Al, Ga, As, P, Mn, Cu, Si a C. Fotka zabírá v detailu pohled do transportního tunelu aparatury. FZU – Fyzikální ústav Akademie věd ČR v Praze-Střešovících (Cukrovarnická 10), Oddělení spintroniky a nanoelektroniky v Sekci fyziky pevných látek.
English: Molecular beam epitaxy system Veeco Gen II designed for the growth of monocrystalline semiconductors, semiconducting heterostructures, materials for spintronics, and other compound material systems containing Al, Ga, As, P, Mn, Cu, Si, and C. Photo shows view into the transport tunnel.
