As members of the final unit, 2nd Battalion, The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment (2 LANCS) leave, Nad-e Ali. It has been completely transformed, boasting a bustling bazaar, 29 schools, with almost 10,000 children in education – over 1000 of which are girls – and four healthcare clinics.
