English: Brig. Gen. Devin Pepper, Deputy Director of the Strategy, Plans, and Policy Directorate of U.S. Space Command provides a keynote speech about the responsible use of space during the Space Summit April 8. The audience at the summit was comprised of about 250 aerospace professionals representing military, academic, and commercial interests, spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The Space Summit was part of Chile’s International Air and Space Show also known as Feria Internacional del Aire y del Espacio (FIDAE). USSPACECOM participated in the event April 5-10, 2022. The biennial international event has been held in Santiago, Chile since 1980. |
