Flooded home in Littleton, Iowa

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Littleton, IA - Flooded homes along the Wapsipinicon River have been posted with "Unsafe" signs. They remain surrounds by water as the river reaches its crest. Here, propane tanks that could have caused a problem by floating away have very wisely been chained to the structure so they won't pose a hazard downstream.
