Description
English: Waverly, TN, July 13, 2010 -- Humphreys County Public Schools staff and contractors make repairs at Waverly Elementary School, which was damaged during the severe storms and flooding that affected much of Tennessee in May 2010. FEMA provides reimbursement to eligible local and state agencies to help them recover and rebuild. Martin Grube/FEMA
