Description
English: Pasadena, CA, March 26, 2010 -- The Debris basins at Pickins yard slow to a steady flow after recent heavy rains created massive mudslides which deposited sediment and boulders throughout the basin. Under the Public Assistance declaration State and local governments are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for debris removal. Adam DuBrowa/FEMA
