English: New Orleans, LA, August 21, 2007 - - Members of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), The Orleans Parish Sheriffs Department and members of the Zaffuto Family cut the ribbon during the dedication of the Sidney Zaffuto Human Development Center. The training center is just one of the many FEMA rebuilding projects across the greater New Orleans area and Louisiana. Present from left at the dedication are Executive Director Michael Rentza, Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement; FEMA Public Assistance Section Chief John Connolly; FEMA Louisiana Transitional Recovery Office Director Jim Stark; Orleans Parish Sheriff Marlin Gusman and Sidney Zaffuto family members.
