Description
English: Wahiawai, HI, November 2, 2006 -- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Land and Natural Resources and Dole's Safety Administrator inspect the grove irrigation system for cracks to the foundation. The water release is filling the retaining ponds downstream for irragation purposes. Adam DuBrowa/FEMA.
