Description
English: New Orleans, LA, 1-21-06 -- Residents read large posters which were produced by "Louisiana Speaks" which outline the recovery process with the idea of helping residents make decisions. FEMA is assisting the Louisiana Recovery Authority "Collecting the Voices" of Plaquemines Parash residents reguarding Long Term Recovery.

"Louisiana Recovery Planning Day" at 19 Parashes and 11 Cities is an important part of FEMA's Long Term Community Recovery (LTCR) effort, which is being coordinated though the LRA and LTCR partners.
