Description
English: LaPlace, La., October 8, 2005 - A representative of the U.S. Small Business Administration, part of the staff of disaster agency workers now serving applicants at the Disaster Recovery Center, 160 Belle Terre, goes over the details of the low-interest disaster loans that are available to homeowners and renters for damages and losses caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The SBA is but one of the many agencies that meet one-on-one with applicants for disaster assistance at 30 DRC's presently operating throughout the state. Win Henderson / FEMA
