Description A Grumman F9F-2 Panther jet (BuNo 123575) of fighter squadron VF-72 Hawks, Carrier Air Group Seven (CVG-7), goes up the elevator on the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Bon Homme Richard (CVA-31) to the flight deck where it was gassed and armed for a Thansgiving Day strike in Korea on 27 November 1952.
